Experience

• 8+ - 15 years’ relevant experience in software engineering.
• Knowledge of multiple languages like Java, Python and frameworks React, NodeJS/VueJS, NesttJS preferably in large scale financial or technical organization etc.
• Technically helping and managing team of developers onsite and offshore. Resolving issues and help them to increase productivity. Should be familiar with Agile processes.
• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering to maintain and improve the functions and quality of service.
• Key contributor to the design, implementation of CI/CD tool suite with an emphasis on security, testing the capability to exceed industry standard performance and availability.
• Develop features and improvements to our CI/CD solution, working with the vendor provided software stacks to extend and enhance according to engineering platform requirements.
• Experience with Cloud computing platforms such as AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.
• Diagnose and solve technical problems, both within the core GitLab environment, and the broader SDLC ecosystem, AWS environment.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines, SRE and Infrastructure (storage / networks / etc.)
• Ability to use and familiarity with Git.
• Metric gathering, analysis and reporting.

Purchase Requisition (PR)

• Creation of Purchase Requisition (PR) and liaising with requesters from various departments (charge code, amount, contract fund utilization, delivery location)
• Monitor and follow up on PR status
• Preparation of PR & PO listing on bi-weekly basis
• Ensure open PRs are closed timely
• For CAPEX and visibility: to check against CAPEX availability and visibility fund in CMS

Goods Received (GR)

• Review completeness of Purchase Order (PO) invoices within Invoice Processing Portal (Esker)
• Perform 3-way match between Delivery Order (DO), PO and invoices.
• Compilation of supporting documents and providing comments when necessary
• Posting of GR
• Attached all relevant documents (DO, etc) in SAP, and file all documents
• Submits non-PO invoices to Esker

POSM Management

• Weekly inventory reconciliation and upload to system
• Handle delivery/collection requests from various departments
• Monitor and follow up with POSM movement including liaising with 3rd party Warehouse & Logistic on collections & deliveries.
• Monthly Inventory reconciliation
• Creation of material code for New POSM registration, including the maintenance of master list
• Handle incoming shipments for POSM related PO, including liaising with approved forwarder
• Inform 3rd party Warehouse on incoming shipment with information on the POSM for their GR
• Liaise with Marketing Team and review of POSM for disposal on quarterly basis
