Job Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and guidance on the potential use of all M365 applications
• Support customers for M365 related applications including Exchange Online, MS Teams, Teams
  Telephony, OneDrive, Defender, Intune/Autopilot, Office Suite, SharePoint Online, and other
  M365 core services.
• Be an advocate and provide best practices for use of all M365 products.
• Provide technical support for online meetings ensuring a good video conference experience with

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Microsoft 365Technologies with L3 M365 support and development experience
• Experience in Microsoft Intune (Deploy of applications to Windows, IOS, and Android devices) is a must
• Experience in supporting M365 user
• Ability to work independently under pressure to meet project timelines with quality work.
• Possess knowledge in IT networking to troubleshoot computer 1st level networking problems

The Asset & Wealth Management Strategic Transformation Office is a recently established entity tasked with overseeing comprehensive large-scale transformations. Our primary objectives are to enhance scalability, drive revenue growth, improve client experience, and elevate controls to optimize our operating platform. This group comprises of four critical functions, including (1) Product Management & Design, (2) Change Management, (3) Regulatory Management, and (4) Monitoring & Testing.

The AWM Regulatory Management team manages the regulatory strategy and roadmap for the AWM business globally. As the key business partner for regulatory matters, the team is responsible for: 1) Regulatory Solutions; assessing the impact of regulations on business activities and 2) Regulatory Controls; ensuring a robust control framework is in place to evidence compliance.

Regulatory Solutions represent the views of the business on regulatory change governance forums and act as co-sponsors of new regulations. The team is responsible for performing detailed assessments on new regulations, identifying the impact on existing AWM capabilities and supporting the design of appropriate solutions to deliver regulatory requirements. The team also supports the launch of new products, funds or trading activity by advising on current live and new upcoming regulatory considerations.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

· Build a deep understanding of the Asset and Wealth Management business through analyzing the applicability and impact of regulatory policies and rules to each business area (new regulations and new business activities)

· Simplify complex problems (regulatory challenges) by collaborating with the team, key stakeholders, and regulatory experts within the firm

· Exert influence and impact, to drive business engagement and lead strategic cross divisional discussions on regulatory change matters

· Deploy appropriate methodologies and governance tools, to drive the timely delivery of analysis and agreed solution approach (operational and technology driven)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in management consulting or related field in financial services with active involvement in new regulation assessments and implementations

· Understanding of asset management products (closed/open funds, traditional and alternatives products), and the wider asset management operating model and ecosystems

· Demonstrated proficiency in working as part of business or regulatory function owning the regulatory strategy, roadmap, analysis and interpretation of new regulations for the business

· Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills to provide creative and innovative solutions

· Strong project management skills including definition of business case and scope, articulation of issues, challenges, risks, dependencies and solutions

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to influence all levels of staff to drive change

· Proven track record of owning, designing and executing solutions for complex problems

· Experience in Reg product and platform management is preferable

· Multi-task and can manage and advance multiple projects simultaneously

Group Reporting

• Support the production of L&H reserves for Group results (IFRS 4, IFRS 17, SII) each quarter, participating in the landing process and ensuring the results are robust.
• Provide value adding insight on the drivers of financial performance, movements in IFRS and SII results, experience emergence, and recommendations for management actions.
• Support the annual assumption update process, reviewing the experience analysis produced by the business and leveraging the analysis to set the best estimate assumptions, working in conjunction with the other APAC L&H actuarial team leaders.
• Lead the expense assumption review for APAC L&H each year.
• Provide guidance to other APAC L&H actuarial teams on issues of methodology, appropriate techniques, and expert judgement
• Lead the external audits and relationships with local auditors in relation to actuarial topics
• Lead the standardisation and continuous improvement of reserving processes, analyses and controls across the APAC L&H actuarial teams

Statutory Reporting

• Lead all Singapore statutory reporting for both the Singapore branch and for the Korea branch of SRAP, producing quarterly and annual RBC2 results, Industry Wide Stress Testing, and supplying stress tests & analysis for the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment
• Work with the Capital Management team to provide accurate insurance risks forecasts to manage capital within the comfort range for these entities
• Liaise closely with Pricing teams on the capital and reserving implications of new deals for these entities

Projects & Modelling

• Be the overall lead for all Covea reporting work in the region
• Provide support in the implementation of new regulatory & reporting regimes
• Provide support in the implementation of new regimes – such as IFRS17 – across the L&H actuarial teams
• Provide actuarial leadership on key projects as required

Relationships

• Establish good working relations with Group and regional teams on Life & Health actuarial matters in APAC
• Communication of actuarial issues to other Finance teams in the context of earnings, capital, liquidity, etc.
• Work closely with other teams within APAC, including the L&H business unit, the CFOs of the branches, other colleagues in the wider Finance team, Pricing, and Risk management, to share common knowledge and common purpose.

Management & Leadership

• Support the growth and development of talent in the APAC Reserving team
• As a senior leader in the APAC Reserving team, be a role model for the wider team

Experience:

• Fellow of international actuarial bodies (FSA, FIA, FIAA or equivalent)
• Experience in relevant technical areas: IFRS4, IFRS17, Solvency II, experience analysis, or local statutory reporting. Prophet experience would be advantageous

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Reporting to Director and Asst. QS Manager

Performing the full spectrum of duties required as a quantity surveyor

Managing all contracts/sub-contracts activities, including meeting project budget, ensuring profitability, contract/sub-contract terms and conditions, and scheduling procurement activities to meet project deadlines.

Leading and managing the QS team for the overall direction, coordination, and execution of projects from tender development to construction inception to final completion.

Leading and managing the purchase team for the overall direction and development to final completion of the project.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

a) Tender Development

1. Registering all tender invitations and seeking approval from directors to accept tender invitations
