• Development Practices: Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) practices.
• Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Certifications (Preferred): Certification in automation or related fields.
• Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience in logistics or manufacturing.

Scope of Work:

• Manage the main and ad-hoc payroll processing runs per month such as salary payment, bonuses and festive advance payments, including but not limited to data verifications, prepare and consolidate reports, seek approvals of payments
• Manage and process employees’ claims and reimbursement process, such as overtime, night duty allowance, including submission and processing of Government-paid leave claims and National Service make-up claims, and ensuring relevant database are recorded accurately and timely
• Provide support for any payroll audit, such as preparation of documents for auditor’s sighting and provide answer(s) to auditor’s queries where required
• Perform payroll related reconciliation, such as bank reconciliation and prepare reclassification where required
• Ensure statutory filing such as CPF submission Annual Tax reporting, IR21 and other filing is carried out on time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or relevant
• Experience in payroll of more than 1000 headcounts
• Experience in SAP software is added advantage
