About the Team

PDPO(Privacy and Data Protection Office) is the organization to lead, supervise, and empower all TikTok's privacy work in an accountable and industry leading way. This team is the expert in the landscape of privacy risks and passionate about consulting across the company on implementing the proper safeguards and technical mitigations to ensure that our users’ privacy is honored across the TikTok's products and platforms.

We are seeking a Privacy Technical Program Manager to join our Remediation Operations Team, to be based in Singapore with a focus on standing up and operating a program to drive remediation of outstanding privacy and data protection risks. You will play a critical role in upholding the privacy rights of our users, ensuring the protection of their personal information, ensuring compliance with global privacy laws, and promoting the adoption of best practices. Key Responsibilities:

1. Risk Remediation: Evaluate risks associated with data protection and privacy in a timely and effective manner. Coordinate stakeholders both within and outside of the team to drive project execution and deadline adherence on complex privacy projects. Maintain organized project plans/timelines and adapt those plans as deliverables change.

2. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between executives, technical teams, legal, and other internal stakeholders on privacy matters.

3. Team & Process Scaling: Support the development of PDPO's Strategic Transformations and Remediations capability, including all aspects of documentation, tooling and team configuration. Support the iteration of business processes, operations, and technical builds to align with risk obligations and best practices.

4. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for privacy practices, protocols, and data flows.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- 3+ years in compliance, auditing, consulting, technical program management or industry equivalent work experience.

- 1+ years of experience in privacy or security compliance with a proven track record of driving programs and initiatives.

- Familiarity with core privacy concepts such as data minimization, purpose limitation, data sovereignty, transparency, and data retention. Experience with privacy by design principles and engineering in a privacy or related program.

- Knowledge of global privacy regulations and standards, including GDPR, CCPA, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications in privacy and data protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, OSCP) are a plus.

- Strategic problem solver with excellent legal and business judgment including demonstrated experience assessing information for risk mitigation opportunities.

- Detail-oriented, self-driven with the ability to think critically and solve and drive complex privacy challenges.

- Strong communication and diplomacy skills while interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide costing Support to Principal Accountant in MFG areas related to purchased part cost set up, Work order support and inventory related activities including some liaison with the other manufacturing functions.
• Prepare monthly Spending reports for cost centre owners and spending reviews
• Prepare and reconcile costing related balance sheets schedules
• Perform and support on the month-end closing activities relating to Project accounting
• Assist in preparing Quarterly payment requisitions for Royalty Licensors
• Provide support on providing SOX compliance test and audit documents
• Support on Global Scrap Details Approval matching and reconciliation
• Budget support in preparing Budget templates and simple budget working files for product cost set-up
• Provide support on month-end closing and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley legislation i.e. demonstrating an auditable system of controls sufficient to guarantee integrity of financial results.
• Ensure compliance of operations within area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and SCIEX safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting
• Preferably some awareness or knowledge on Manufacturing Costing, Sourcing Operations
• Experience in Oracle, Hyperion and proficiency in managing Excel Spreadsheets will be an added advantag
• An independent team player with an inquisitive mind and works under minimal supervision
• Understanding with SOX and US GAAP experience
