We are looking for an Investment Advisor to be part of our Advisory and Active Investment Practices.

Essential Job Functions:

• Conduct market research using publicly available information and proprietary databases to identify, quantify and analyze macroeconomic trends across a variety of industry sectors
• Interpret financial analyses prepared by target fund managers, including their investment track records; and prepare valuation analyses on private companies using a variety of metrics
• Financial modeling, including leveraged buyout and cash flow analysis
• Identifying and managing the inflow of investment opportunities
• Evaluate marketing and supporting materials of prospective fund managers to identify key value drivers and important areas to explore further
• Conduct interviews with senior executives to gather insights and information into the management style and effectiveness of the target fund managers
• Develop arguments supporting certain viewpoints and effectively communicate those arguments both orally and in written materials, and be able to defend your position in a team setting, including during investment related meetings, client calls and board meetings
• Use creative solutions to source and analyze data, and to evaluate the protentional of different sectors and investment opportunities
• Monitor the performance of the Firm's existing fund managers and underlying portfolio companies; prepare for and participate in meetings with assigned managers and conduct on-going due diligence.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting (or a related discipline), or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 7 years of experience in private equity investment and/or capital markets roles

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to evaluate investments with a demonstrable understanding of the balance between risk and reward factors
• Ability to engage effectively with clients, backed by experience in client communication roles
• Proficiency in business writing with experience preparing investment-related memorandums
• Working knowledge of financial modeling (e.g. pacing models, track record analysis, portfolio construction, cash flow models, capital structures, GP/LP waterfalls, etc)
• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Arrange the courier services to collect the cheques payment from customers and email the cheques copy to Finance Shared Service Center if required.
• When received all AP & AR enquiry email, forward to Finance Shared Service Center
• Performing administrative functions such as scanning, filing, preparation, maintenance of schedules and listing.
• Raising purchase requisition for any Finance department purchases, communication and coordination among end users, Finance Shared Service Centre and Finance Affiliate etc.
• Arrange courier for finance & treasury documentation.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Finance and Treasury.

   Polish pieces using specialized tools to enhance shine and detail.
   
6. Repairing and Restoring Jewelry:Repair damaged jewelry by re-soldering, re-setting stones, or replacing broken parts.
   Restore old or antique pieces to their original form, while maintaining or enhancing their integrity.
   
7. Quality Control:Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet design specifications, quality standards, and durability.
   Ensure that the weight, size, and quality of metals and gemstones are as required by the customer or company.
   
8. Customer Interaction:Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and desired outcomes.
   Make adjustments to designs based on feedback or specific requests.
   

• Lead the tender team to prepare tender submission for new building construction projects.
• Handle tender works and provide the directions on planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk and issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers and subcons for finalization.
• Check tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria.
• Manage the presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
• Prepare technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board.
• At least 7 years as a Project Manager experience in tendering of new Building Construction Projects in Singapore for Mega Projects.
• Strong knowledge in all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, and scheduling and able to understand project implications.
