• Ability to quickly scan submitted resumes through direct sourcing and route to the correct hiring managers
• Manage interviewer rosters, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and help ensure offers and onboarding processes
• Organized ability to track assigned candidates, progress and pending items
• Ability to handle stakeholders
• Experience in recruitment for corporate functions will be highly advantageous

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• Possess prior experience within in-house and manufacturing
• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Workday experience is highly preferred

We are looking to hire recent graduates to join our Discretionary Trading team. As a Junior Discretionary Trader, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our senior discretionary traders, who will provide on the desk training and mentorship. Your goal will be to help maintain target portfolio positions by assisting the senior traders with daily portfolio monitoring, maintenance, and hedging. As a collaborative organization, our discretionary traders work closely with quantitative researchers to leverage our world-class research platform to improve both discretionary and systematic strategies. You will leverage and develop a broad range of skills including fundamental and macro analysis, research, portfolio construction, risk management and execution. We currently run discretionary strategies in Equities, Commodities, Rates/FX, and Credit including Volatility trading across all asset classes. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior traders and quantitative researchers to structure and evaluate new trading opportunities
• Generate PnL tracking and attribution reports based on trade ideas

• Execute large or complex trades which cannot be automated due to complexity or liquidity constraints

Qualifications:

• Recent, or soon to be graduate, with relevant course work, internship, or other applicable experience or knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, Finance
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teammates globally
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Programming skills essential, with at least one major programming or scripting language, strong preference for Python.

Retail Specialist

• Location: Plaza Singapura
• Working days: 5 days, 44 hours (Rotate shift based on roster)
• Weekday: 11.45am to 9.15pm
• Weekend: 8.45am to 6.15/7.15pm
• Salary: $2,300 - $ 2,850

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Role

• Assist the Store Leader with the day-to-day operations of the Plaza Singapura branch.
• Oversee daily sales payment collections, always ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and monitor Part-Time cashiers in managing payments and other cash-related transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries through in-store interactions, email, phone calls, or messaging platforms, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels within the store and ensure accurate product tagging, pricing, and descriptions.
• Uphold the highest standards in visual merchandising by maintaining and presenting display products to a high standard.

Secondary Role

Requirements:

Job Responsibilites

Billing and invoicing

Perform day to day billing operations

Generate invoices for posting to customers

Oversees and manage billing schedules and prompt issurance to meet both customer expectations and company requirements

Verify invoice details, by cross referencing with customer's signed contracts/ quotations to ensure accuracy, and proactively address anu discrepancies or errors to compliance with agreed terms.

The Data Center Engineer will focus on the installation, maintenance, and management of data center hardware and infrastructure. This role is responsible for monitoring hardware performance, maintaining an accurate inventory of data center equipment, and coordinating with vendors for procurement, repairs, and warranty services. The technician will ensure that all hardware operations support uptime requirements and efficiency across the data center.

• Hardware Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and decommission servers, storage devices, network equipment, and other hardware as required. Conduct regular maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of hardware systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Coordinate and perform hardware upgrades or replacements to maintain up-to-date infrastructure.
• Vendor Coordination & Management:Engage with vendors to source, order, and manage hardware procurement, ensuring timely delivery and installation. Handle vendor communications for equipment maintenance, repairs, and warranty claims. Review and evaluate vendor performance, track service agreements, and escalate issues as needed.
• Data Center Operations Support:Perform regular walk-throughs and visual inspections to ensure hardware and environment meet operational standards. Monitor power and cooling systems, coordinate with facility teams for any required adjustments to environmental conditions. Ensure data center hardware setups align with SLAs and availability targets, reducing downtime risks.
• Documentation & Reporting:Keep thorough records of installations, repairs, configurations, and hardware movements within the data center. Develop and maintain SOPs for hardware management, vendor coordination, and inventory procedures. Generate and present regular reports on inventory levels, vendor issues, and hardware performance metrics.
• Security & Compliance:Ensure compliance with security protocols and data center access policies, managing hardware-related security aspects. Support periodic audits for physical security and inventory management to align with company standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data center hardware management, IT infrastructure, or a similar role.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Server+, or other relevant certifications (preferred).

Skills:

• Hardware Expertise: Strong understanding of servers, storage devices, networking hardware, and related data center infrastructure.
• Inventory Management: Experience in tracking and managing inventory levels, procurement processes, and forecasting needs.
• Vendor Relations: Ability to effectively manage vendor relationships and coordinate hardware delivery, maintenance, and warranty services.
