Job Responsibilities

Observation Tracking & Testing:

• Track the status of remediation efforts for issues identified by Internal Audit and regulators.

Risk Assessment & Audit Planning:

• Draft a proposed Internal Audit plan and identify key program elements for testing, subject to company approval.

Audit Program Design & Testing:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA are highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance, preferably within a regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
