Responsibilities

• Manage IT requests and provide IT support to TWC Group centres and head office, and ensure all IT tickets are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Officer contributes actively to the programme needs of MINDS Future Care Planning (FCP) Services under the umbrella of Community-Based Support Services (CSS).  CSS is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that responds to emerging needs of PWIDs and Caregivers in the community. The programme executive will work in synergy with various direct community services to enhance integration and community living of caregivers and PWIDs in the community.

 He/she will be involved in the planning, coordinating and executing of programme events and activities that suit the needs of families of persons with intellectual and developmental needs. He/she will contribute actively to FCP Services and work with team to ensure the efficient running of FCP programmes which will include working with caregivers on planning for the future, life coaching and life planning. He/she will also assist the team in developing and enhancing MINDS online future planning website (FutureReady by MINDS).

The Board Secretary has overall responsibility for a range of administrative, compliance and strategic functions to support the School’s Board of Governors in discharging their duties with regards to its legal company - German European School Singapore (Deutsche Europaeische Schule Singapur).

The Board Secretary will lead the Board Secretariat, and in close partnership with the Honorary Secretary of the Board, have responsibility for organising the secretariat, including the development of relevant competences of its members.

Support to Board and senior operational management of the School

· Assist the Board in reviewing and implementing good corporate governance practices within the School.

· Develop and review policies in relation to Governors professional relationships with each other and with the School, ie. Conflict of Interest Policy (COI), and coordinate COI declarations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites, able to read and drawing M&E drawing by using AutoCAD.

2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
