• Collect linen trolleys from the residences at least twice daily

• Bilingual (Mandarin and English)

The Job

• Provide full secretarial assistance to Group CEO, including writing of memorandum and bulletin
• Record meeting minutes and manage company meetings when necessary
• Assist Group CEO to prepare Business Report, Presentation Slides and Management Report swiftly
• Represent Group CEO in meeting, conference, and lead management meeting
• Follow Group CEO for business trip, both local and overseas
• Calendar management
• Undertake other administrative duties assigned including filing
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Group CEO

REQUIREMENT

• Min. 3 years relevant experience
• Master Degree in Admin & Secretary, business administration, finance, or related field
• Master of Business Administration is an advantage
• Strong computer skill, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point – MANDATORY
• Able to write, type and speak Mandarin (dealing with Chinese Clientele profile contract) – MANDATORY
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation skill
• Professional presentable in business setting
• Comfortable working in a highly visible role
• Fast in response, quick analytical mind, able to work in fast-paced environment and multi tasking
