Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and execution of marketing plans for digital marketing communication plan which includes, website development, social media, search engine marketing and online advertising.
• Supports corporate and brand on digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop overall SEO strategies, involving keyword research, content auditing, competitor analysis and content gap analysis, SEO forecasts and link building activities to discover content topics to drive consumer engagement and audience growth to websites.
• Manages content for hotel’s website and ensure information are up to date.
• Drives e-commerce through data analytics and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with Revenue team on management of OTAs communications.
• Oversees collaborations and maximises marketing opportunities with Luxury Consortias, ensuring accurate and timely communication onto platforms.
• Assists and/or creates content for all the hotel’s social media platforms and drives engagement.
• Identifies potential Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and executes strategies to drive hotel’s awareness in the social media space.
• Reviews and identifies digital partnership opportunities to support hotel’s operations and business objectives.
• Manages digital reporting tools for hotel and communicates reports internally as well as supervises action plans for improvements where needed.
• Manages the updates and monitor the content of the preferred platforms and websites – PHG Meetings, Preferred Hotels, Preferred Family, I Prefer.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in digital marketing for service industry. Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
• Detailed understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Detailed knowledge of video and photo editing tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Basic understanding of other languages will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of the pre-opening team.
• Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle project design drafting with minimum supervision
• Creates Autocad drawing and model from sketch and written or verbal specification from Project Engineer
• Work with Project Engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and design documentation.
• Work closely with Project Engineer to ensure co-ordination design effort is maintained
• Complete project drawings and documentation within scope, budget and schedule.
• Ensure drawings completeness with accuracy for compliance to project specifications & standards
• Track and maintain and all revision of drawings
• Maintain and Update drafting log base on WBS and SDI schedule
• Develop 3D models by analyzing proto types and 2D drawings
• Develop ISO –metric drawings for piping and Skid
• Produce CAD drawings for new or improved products using industry, departmental and discipline standards.
• Review design layouts to find and resolve problems involving compatibility with basic design concepts.
• Provide timely technical solutions pertaining to design to the project engineer
• Participate in project meeting and design review as required to evaluate & contribute to design concepts and make recommendations.
• Make corrections to the drawings as requested by the project engineer and update revision according to ISO9001 documented procedures.
• Maintain and upkeep all project drawings in the drafting server
• Create and update database of design records for future reference purposes.
• Perform drafting design as per project specification and drawings requirement
• Perform drawing submission as per Supplier document Index schedule and Work Breakdown Structure schedule.
• To maintain confidentiality of any information that is classified Confidential.
• To liaise and work with Project Engineer on technical clarification and design criteria, when necessary.
• Plan Workload for ongoing project in regard to assigned projects. Planning work will involve project drawing schedule for activities like design such as GA drawing, Sample system and Electrical system, etc.
• Generate component list for specific drawings from BOM master list.
• Establish Standardization of CAE drawing / system design to ensure consistency.
• Provide supervision & guidance to junior drafters on the process flow and standardization of drawings.
• Develop and maintain systematic job flow of design team including both hardware and software.
• Prepare document transmittal record and documents to Document Controller for submission to client
• Assist Document Controller to compile final documentation.
• Issue of construction drawing for internal usage (Support Team).
• To ensure accuracy of “As Ship”/ Final drawing on end products

Job Requirements

• Recognised degree in Civil Engineering by PEB Board
• Candidate registered with Singapore PE Board and with extensive experience will be considered for higher post and employment package
• Mininum 5 years in design office
• Well versed and familiar with Government and Agencies regulations, requirement and submission procedure
• Experience in using Euro-codes in steel and concrete design
• Experience in utilising of structural Revit/BIM
• Able to handle project independently

Purpose

To effectively manage cases receiving foster care services and provide social workers with professional supervision in case management and group work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessment and prepare Foster Parent Assessment Reports, presenting findings at the panel and following up on decisions and recommendations

• Supervise and support foster placement so as to prevent breakdowns in existing care arrangements

• Conduct visits to ensure that the placement is able to safeguard and promote the safety, stability and well-being of the child

• Spearhead case movement through team meetings, monthly case review sessions, COF, CART reviews etc

• Identify at-risk situations and develop strategies and intervention plan to address child safety issues, and well-being

• Provide a 24-hour hotline for foster parents per duty schedule and ensure that the team follows up on outcomes

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of case management and other support programmes and activities extended to foster families

• Assess case progress and programme outcome and effectiveness

• Ensure, support and monitor SOPs and participate in audit processes

• Lead and facilitate meetings and case conferences

• Look into best practices and implement them within the department

• Provide guidance and supervision for social workers and case workers

• Conduct regular case discussions with social workers and supervise their case management

• Monitor caseloads and performance of social workers

• Support or conduct practice research

• Cover for Head/Fostering Services whenever necessary

• Participate in road shows and other community outreach events as and when necessary.

• Organise and participate in inter-agency efforts in support of the welfare and development of the foster child

Requirements

· Bachelor of Social Work / Masters in Social Work

· At least 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a supervisory position

· Experience in working with children and young persons & their families

Responsibilities

•Responsible for all aspects of the financial and management reporting functions, business analysis in all financial aspects, including group consolidation, cash flow, tax and budgeting.

•Preparation of monthly, half-yearly and full-year accounts and ensuring that the deadlines are met to fulfil SGX reporting requirement.

•Conduct financial analysis of the performance of various business initiatives, provide analyses and commentaries on monthly and annual financial reports, as well as file statutory, business statistics and other types of returns as required by local tax and legal legislations.

•Oversee and liaise on day to day operating requirements of the business, including the receipts and payment requirements and support the resolution of all potential operating issues.

•Ensure that all accounting activities comply with the group accounting policies and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

•Ensure compliance with all aspects of statutory, tax and regulatory requirements for the group of companies in a timely manner.

•Evaluate and improve on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing accounting processes, internal controls and procedures,

•Support and work closely within and across departments to provide for their financial and management information requirements.

•Coordinate and liaise with external auditors in relation to audit requirements and deliverables including preparation of audited financial statements.

•Required to assist in projects involving process automation and documentation.

•Prepare financial sustainability report for the Group

•Prepare adhoc reports and analysis, undertake special projects as and when required.

Requirements

•Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent

•At least 3 years of audit experience and/or 2 years of commercial experience in a large organisation

•Preferable with listed company experience

•Good knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards

•Strong analytical individual with good communication and interpersonal skills

•Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

•Work well in a team as well as independently
