Main Purpose of Job :

To be responsible for the movement of all vehicles between various locations as well as general responsibilities assigned.

Duties & responsibilities:

1. To co-ordinate movement of vehicles between locations.
2. To pick-up and delivery services of customer vehicles. Sending to inspection centres, different service locations, etc.
3. General “touch up” and checking on cleanliness of vehicles before handover to customers.Working with front liners and service centre staff for movement of vehicles to include valet parking
4. To observe all current traffic rules and regulations as imposed by the relevant authorities.
5. To exercise due care on issued vehicle when performing ferry/manoeuvring at all times (eg. during events/launches, etc.)
6. To report all incidents/accidents that happened at the earliest opportunity to your immediate Superior for further action.
7. Other ad hoc jobs such as send car to wash bay, top up petrol, pick up guests from airport or other locations.
8. Any other suitable duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
• Escort customers to the waiting area and provide them with updates on the status of their vehicles as needed.
• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting lounge.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.
• Collaborate with other team members to support overall departmental goals and objectives.

Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

Reporting To: Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Workshop Executive

Main Purpose of Job

The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations. They provide support to team leaders and technicians on technical issues, supervise the team, and monitor the efficiency and productivity of all technicians. The role also includes ensuring high-quality workshop output to achieve customer satisfaction and providing suggestions and solutions to the Workshop Manager/Workshop Executive.

Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Supervision

• Assign jobs to technicians and perform quality checks or test drives on completed repair works.
• Supervise, guide, and advise technicians on technical skills and product knowledge.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor technicians’ overall performance, including productivity, efficiency, attendance, and punctuality, in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
• Track technicians’ clocking, approved open time, and idle time (W-time).

Workshop Operations

• Assist the Workshop Controller with daily workshop capacity planning.
• Assign accurate standard time units to all workshop jobs and work-in-progress (WIPs).
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of all workshop equipment, special tools (e.g., Piwis Tester 2), and company-issued hand tools.
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness in the workshop, hoist areas, and engine room at all times.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations regarding the use of chemicals, flammable materials, machinery, and tools.
• Follow safety regulations for handling high-voltage vehicles in compliance with government and company guidelines, ensuring only certified personnel (HV or EIP) work on such vehicles.

Support Functions

• Provide technical assistance and deploy additional technicians as needed to support the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Department.
• Assist workshop management with manpower planning, workflow optimization, and workshop capacity management.

• Handle any other duties assigned by the management as required.

Requirements:

• Masters or Degree in Occupational Therapy or its equivalent (preferably recognised by the Allied Health Professional Council in Singapore).
• Eligible for registration as Occupational Therapist under the Allied Health Professions Act 2011 in Singapore.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
