Key Responsibilities:

• Full-spectrum accounting: Oversee payroll, CPF payments, profit and loss, GST filing, accounts receivable (AR) filing, ECI filing, sales breakdowns, commissions, BizFile, and IRAS requirements.
• Financial management: Perform bookkeeping, financial analysis, account reconciliations, and monitor accounts from past to present.
• Timely reporting: Prepare accurate monthly reports, salaries, commissions, and reimbursements.
• Expense management: Manage supply payments as invoices become due and oversee reimbursements.
• GTO submission to the landlord and essential documentation management.
• Advisory: Stay updated on accounting regulations, advising on business-related changes.
• Team and inter-departmental support:Actively communicate with team members, provide reminders on due tasks, offer assistance, and promote a healthy work environment.
  Support other departments when required, ensuring cohesive team operations.
  
• Additional tasks: Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed to support operations.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: ACCA certification or equivalent; diploma or degree in Accounting.
• Experience: At least 5 years in accounting, with bookkeeping and HR/payroll experience. Proficiency in Microsoft OneNote, OneDrive, Excel, and Gmail.
• Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Attributes: Neat, organized, multitasking, independent worker with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Salary: SGD 2,800 - 3,500

• Lead strategic evaluations of financial performance across service lines, emphasizing overall profitability and contribution to the Enterprise Business Group.

• Drive the development and implementation of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.

Advanced Data Analysis and Collaboration

• Provide leadership in collaborating with service line leaders and finance teams to gather, analyze, and interpret complex quantitative and qualitative data.

Stakeholder Communication and Executive Recommendations

Requriements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in business performance management with a strategic mindset, agility in responding, and strong judgement;
• Having Telecommunications and ICT products knowledge is a plus.
• Excellence business acumen and strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to tie strategy, product, and new changes to potential business impact.

1. Create Technical Drawings:
   Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings, including site plans, topographic maps, and boundary surveys, using CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
2. Interpret Survey Data:
   Analyze and convert raw survey data (such as measurements and elevations) into detailed technical drawings and maps.
3. Update and Revise Drawings:
   Modify and update existing plans and drawings based on new data or feedback from surveyors, engineers, and clients.
4. Collaborate with Surveyors and Engineers:
   Work closely with surveyors and engineers to ensure drawings reflect accurate survey findings and project requirements.
5. Quality Control:
   Review drawings for accuracy, ensuring that all measurements, distances, and coordinates are correct.
6. Maintain Documentation:
   Organize and maintain an updated library of drawings and ensure all project documentation is properly archived.
7. Ensure Compliance with Standards:
   Adhere to local surveying codes, construction standards, and regulations when preparing technical drawings.
8. Occasional Field Support (Optional):
   Assist with field surveys when necessary, particularly in measuring boundaries or confirming survey data.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Technical Skills:Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
   Experience in creating both 2D and 3D survey drawings and models.
   
2. Knowledge of Surveying Principles:Understanding of land measurement techniques, topographic data, and surveying principles.
   
3. Attention to Detail:High accuracy and attention to detail in creating and reviewing drawings to avoid errors.
   
4. Mathematical Skills:Strong understanding of geometry and basic trigonometry for interpreting and calculating land measurements.
