Signage Designer and Site Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or university graduate or above, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject., has theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building material, construction, interior design and decoration.
• Project management, lead all local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and inspection of all projects. Submit a review analysis report to the board for each project after completion. Overseas experience is a must.
• Communication and management of external related parties, liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
• Create and explain design concepts of designing exterior and interior furnishings.

(A) Job Description & Requirements

The Planning Engineer is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Prepares computer generated schedule programming (Primavera, MS Project or others) to monitor the progress and substantiate time and cost entitlements.
• Monitors the progress of the construction programme and determines the delay events and their impacts.
• Prepares progress reports and progress audits.
• Prepares commissioning programmes.
• Prepares recovery programmes.
• Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading and progress.

• Provides advice on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes and litigation on programming.

• Prepare and distribute press releases, newsletters, and updates to stakeholders.
• Organize and represent the company at public meetings, events, and forums.
• Develop strategies to enhance the company’s public image and maintain a positive reputation.
• Coordinate with various departments and communicate timely to relevant parties on site activities on possible inconvenience.
• Get feedback from the neighbouring premises, client and public with regards to the site activities or complaints and make appropriate recommendations to address the issues.
