This role of an admin Executive is responsible for supporting the Managing Director.

Interpreting from English to Japanese and vice versa in the Meeting with Clients.

Booking the hotel, and flight and making the appointment with clients.

Attending the meeting with HQ as translator/Interpreter.

Helping the Payroll with following internal rules.

Helping with issuing Invoices and data entry for payment/receipts.

Possess Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any field.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations – Leads customers and stakeholders engagements
• Manage the performance and outcomes of assigned staff reporting to the position
• Maintain interface with internal and external stakeholders ensuring process compliance, accurate and timely reporting, and resolution of critical issues

• Handles and monitors site budgets

MAC Implementation, Occupancy Monitoring, and Headcount Tracking

• Key support in office launches, move planning and implementation including stakeholder’s engagement, internal liaison, and vendor coordination
• Monitors space occupancy and headcount
• Implements agile workspace approach

Site Operations Management

• Assist in the implementation of best practices especially in terms of operations
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
• Leads and handles moves from planning to execution until post-move support
• Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
• Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times

Risk Management

• Assist in the implementation and management of property risk management program
• Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plans

• Adhere to Jones Lang LaSalle’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies Ensure to consistently achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets

Service Delivery and Program Management

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of client servicing experience, ideally within a marketing or digital agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in account management and handling multiple clients or campaigns simultaneously.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts.
• Analytical mindset to assess campaign data and recommend improvements.
