System Configuration and Installation Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing phases.

Documentation and Training:

• Create comprehensive design documentation, including system diagrams, wiring schematics, and operating procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the operation and maintenance of security systems.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure that security designs comply with relevant regulatory requirements, codes, and standards (e.g., NFPA, NEC, ASIS International).
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electronic security.

Who You Are

The candidate will require a working knowledge of the following systems:

• Lenel Access Control: A strong knowledge of Lenel hardware and software configurations.
• CCTV: knowledge of both IP and Analogue CCTV systems including the use of network video recorders and software.
• Integrated Systems: Experience with major integrated Access Control/CCTV/Intruder systems/Perimeter detection systems that are fully integrated.
• Intruder Alarms: Basic competency in measurement and pricing intruder alarms.
• Service: The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of service in the security industry and shall be able to price various service solutions.
• Advanced MS excel skills will be required.
• Awareness of commercial business terms and conditions commonly adopted within the security industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing electronic security systems, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
• In-depth knowledge of access control systems, CCTV surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in CAD and or Rivet 3D software for creating system designs and schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
