RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and conduct lessons based on Capella Preschool's Curriculum (lesson plans are provided)
• Create an engaging learning environment for children
• Ensure the safety and well being of children aged between 18mths to 6 years old
• Design and prepare portfolios for children
• Conduct parental consultation and maintain good rapport with parents
• Undertake other assignments given from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Pre-school Teaching (ACEY / ACECCE / DECCE-T)
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Passion for children and able to engage them
• Adventurous and fun-loving
• Team player and able to work well with others

Exp: 8+ years

Skills: Java 11, Spring (Boot / Integration / MVC / Security), ORM Framework, Angular 2+, Rest API, SQL, Apache Tomcat, Jmeter, Postman, Docker, Jenkin.

Direct Responsibilities

· Analyze, Discuss, Document Solution architecture and design with leads and architects.

· Do backend development primarily and frontend development as secondary skill.

· Perform quality Unit, Integration tests (Test & Business Driven Development is preferred.)

· Assist test team in performance & endurance testing.

· Write technical specifications.

· Propose technical solutions and improvements proactively, based on pros and cons after analysis of the various options.

· Prepare technical deliveries and support implementation by integration teams following the processes and tools of the bank.

· Perform quality reporting and controls in line with standards & security.

· Follow scrum agile ceremonies with discipline and responsibility.

· Maintain proper Governance, Code and Conduct at all times.

• Verifying and posting of Payable/Receivables into SAP
• Assist in process improvement setting up
• Ensure timely submission of monthly sales reports to shopping mall managements
• Check and complete data entry for AP/AR
• Processing of Payments/Receivables on a monthly basis
• Verify petty cash claims
• Perform outlet cash count periodically
• Posting of journal entries for month end closing
• Liaise with external parties to resolve discrepancies
• Monthly accounts reconciliation
• Extract financial data for business performance
• Other accounts related ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
• Meticulous, Independent, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, self-motivated and systematic.
• Familiar with SAP, but not a must.
• Familiar with MS Excel applications.
• Bilingual in English and mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
