• Develop an event planning process that is simple to adopt and implement

• Technology Integration: Setting up and managing audio-visual equipment for presentations, speeches, or entertainment.
• Food and Beverage Service: Coordinating with the delivery, setup, and service of food and beverages during the event,
• Guest Experience: Ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the event, providing necessary information and assistance as needed.
• Internal Coordination: Working closely with departments like HR, facilities management, marketing and the different service lines to coordinate and ensure seamless execution.
• Cleaner Coordination: Coordinate with the cleaner to start the cleaning process promptly. Ensure they have clear instructions on what needs to be done.
• Furniture and Equipment: Arrange for the removal and storage of furniture and equipment used during the event. This includes tables, chairs, AV equipment, etc. Ensure that everything is returned to its original layout and condition.
• Review cleaners’ deployment and duties to optimal use of manpower.
• Regular inspection for conformance to service standards and expectation of cleanliness, waste management, landscape and pest control.
• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action.
• Monitor the cleaners’ schedule and ensure that they carry out their duties accordingly

Overview

As a Design Engineer, you will assist the Technical Manager in all the designing, preparation, securing required legal documents for all the drawings (i.e.: shop drawings, structural drawings, architectural drawings and M&E drawings).

Responsibilities

1) Prepare and perform design for precast component according to client demand.

2) Responsible in the design and preparation of shop drawings and secure permits required by the government.

3) Review completed structural drawings, designs and specifications before issue for production.

4) Check and highlight all the discrepancies between Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings.

5) Co-ordinate with relevant parties on technical issues.

6) Plan & carry out production or service under controlled conditions – including product characteristics, work instructions / standard work methods, suitable equipment, Monitoring & Measurement (MM), release, delivery & post-delivery activities.

7) Ensure customer requirement are determined and met, thus enhance customer satisfaction.

8) Communicate to the organization the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory & regulatory requirement.

9) Establish the quality policy and objective.

10) Provide technical support for company operation.

11) Train, brief & supervise work and control process to work instructions / standard work methods and process plans.

12) Ensure planning & integrity of the Quality Management system (QMS).

13) Ensure Responsibility & Authority are defined & communicated.

14) Address customer satisfaction though the effective application of system, including processes for continual improvement and the prevention of non-conformity.

15) Conduct management review.

16) Ensure the availability of resources.

17) Determine, collect & analyze data for informed management decision.

Requirements

1) Bachelor degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.

2) Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in precast concrete industry.

3) Experience in creating 3D models of building element.

4) Prosses excellent problem definition / analytical and problem solving skills.

5) Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent customer relation skills.

6) Able to work independently.

7) A team player with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Operations Management

• Establish credible relationships and interact with teams regularly in the Area.
• Ensuring the implementation and compliance with Best Practice procedures
• Monitor critical and key performance measurements, working to achieve established targets
• Promptly inform Account Management on risk and support in executing follow-up actions and communications
• Oversee the completion of all required audits in the Area, aiming to meet or exceed set targets
• Standardize Operating Procedures and ensure compliance with Client’s policies and procedures, including all government regulations in the Area
• Ensure all legal and Client required H&S regulations are met
• Support manager’s requests where required

Finance Management

• Ensure all sites meet their financial targets and adhere to control requirements.
• Oversee PH & TH sites to ensure timely completion of standard monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including management reports.
• Provide guidance on Corrigo approval submission process and workflow as well as funding report requirements for each site.
• Offer instruction on Finance Agency template usage and associated processes.
• Guide teams on Finance Principal template utilization and procedures.
• Conduct weekly reviews of finance trackers, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Establish and communicate guidance for NDC send out processes.
• Support forecast reviews with the team
• Oversee categories spend allocation across all expenditures.
• Conduct Invoice Summary training sessions and review processes with teams.
• Offer guidance on GL listing creation and review procedures

Job Summary:

· To assist & work closely with Project & Contracts Director & project department to ensure all projects carried out

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

· Responsible to ensure successful completion of projects undertaken by the company within scheduled cost, time & quality.

· Coordinate and supervise the construction process with clients & vendors from beginning through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.

· Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion & ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.

· Liaise closely with contractors, vendors and authorities - oversee the performance of all trade contractors and responsible for ensuring all work is completed on schedule.

· Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses and, depending upon the contractual arrangements, direct or monitor compliance with building and safety codes, other regulations and requirements.

· Responsible for project financial management and reporting to Management.

· Must be decisive and work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.

· Ability to coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems, is essential, as is an understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings.

· Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling, and estimating also is important.

Non-essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· To work well & harmoniously with Sales & Marketing, Accounts/Admin & Design departments.

· Ability to address complaints & resolves problems from workers & vendors.

Providing onsite support

You will be the upper facilities management’s trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities. You’ll do this by performing routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.
