Facilities Technicians at Google data centers operate, monitor and support physical facilities conditions. • Check and ensure all installation methods, testing & commissioning and materials used are in accordance with the design intent, approved drawings, and specifications, as well as in compliance to code of practice/manufacturer’s installation instructions where applicable.

• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness, and tidiness of the site.
• Maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, T&C, status of work, safety, site diary, material and equipment delivered to and on site, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities, etc.
• Compile Punch List or Defect List with the contractors and ensure that the contractors carry out rectification work diligently to clear all defects during the Maintenance Period.
• Aware of the potential and actual OH&S hazards of his activities at the workplace and to highlight / communicate to the PM when he knows of any irregularities. He shall be aware of his individual OH&S obligations by ensuring that he is adequately equipped with appropriate safety gears, by observing closely to all safety rules / regulations / procedures at site and by attending all relevant site safety trainings.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the consultant. team.

About the Role
