Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.
• Prepare method of statement and work procedure
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work
• Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are complied
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
• Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.
• Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued and liaise closing with the Quantity surveyor by providing necessary supporting documents on the change order
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of Degree in Architectural/ Building / Construction Management or related; with at least 1 year of experience with restoration projects.
• Great team player with pro-active attitude.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

Responsibility & Role:

• Assist with receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain an accurate inventory system and track stock levels.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly packed.
• Load and unload goods from delivery trucks or containers.
• Assist with labeling, sorting, and categorizing products.
• Ensure proper handling of fragile or perishable items.
• Perform regular stock counts and assist in periodic inventory audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

Requiredments:

• Minimun two (2) years' working experience or more in logistics industry required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred.
• Able to work shift duties.
• 5.5 days required.

· Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its components.

· Strong knowledge of Moody's Risk Analytics tools.

· 3–6 years of experience in platform engineering, technical support, or related roles.

· Hands-on experience with BMC and Control-M for monitoring and scheduling tasks.

· Advanced SQL skills for query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting.

· Experience in providing 24x7 technical support for mission-critical platforms.

· Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem, and change management.

· Detail-oriented and proactive approach to maintaining platform reliability.

• Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions, including accounts receivables and incoming payments, in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Manage preorder, NETS, Shopback and Grab sales reports and reconcile them with accounting records.
• Handle credit terms and ensure timely processing of e-invoices.
• Submit and reconcile petty cash transactions regularly
• Verify, classify, compute, post, and record accounts receivable data.
• Reconcile customer accounts and payments, optimizing financial transactions and systems.
• Communicate discrepancies to management, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection

What it Takes:
