Job Description
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Plan, deliver and execute technical activities to provides services directly and indirectly to Nokia internal and external customers.
- Responsible for design, planning and optimization of Nokia Products 4G & 5G planning, optimization, and acceptance.
- Ensure that deliverables and met and optimised to the Nokia Standard KPIs which have been agreed upon with our Customers.
- Ability to be technical lead for local NPO team related to planning & optimization work. These may include complex problem solving in projects with performance requirements and multi-vendor environment.
- Coordination with implementation and field teams during activity if required.
- Understand customer's requirements and take the lead to provide appropriate response with solution and recommendation.
- Plan and lead to deliver technical network design.
- Verify the customer KPIs that Nokia can achieved and Perform acceptance tests as customer requirement.
- Network audit with corresponding analysis and provide recommended to improve network quality.
- Actively shares key learnings and project documentation within NPO technical community.
- Strong contributor and ability to share competence knowledge transfer within internal and customer team.
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in 3G/4G and 2 years in 5G Network Planning and Optimization
- Ability to work typically in several technology areas with intermediate to advanced skill level or with one technology area at an advanced skill level. Task scope includes and not limited to: -
- Ability to coach others on NPO technical both design and Optimization.
- Network design / Optimization /Trial features on latest SW/HW release i.e. 23R3 or 24R1
- Ability to present the NPO technical part to customer management level i.e customer CTO.
- Ability to lead and solve NPO technical issues related to KPI analysis.
- Advanced network and/or service optimization
- Strong 4G/5G NPO technical knowledge and able to direct communication with R&D for issues of KPI for new feature and SW will be preferred.
- Good communication skills, internal and external
- Ability to manage team members and subcon
- Good in technical customer presentation
- Flexible and capable to work in demanding environment to meet customer expectations
