Key Responsibilities
· Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger, Tax and bank reconciliation .
· Oversee timely closing processes and reconciliations, including intercompany transactions.
· Handle monthly journals, audit schedules, and lease matters.
· Prepare assigned reports in a timely manner.
· Prepare quarterly GST reporting
· Reconcile intercompany transactions
· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate policies.
· Coordinate and liaise with internal and external customers, such as Financial Institutions, External auditors, Tax agents, Corporate secretarial agents, Local tax and government authorities, Vendors and related parties.
· Assist with the annual audit process and tax filing (corporate, withholding), as well as any ad-hoc assignments.
· Support system implementation and process improvements.
· Analyse accounts and perform reconciliations.
· Support forecasting and budgeting exercises and processes according to corporate guidelines.
Requirement
· Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Bilingual in English and mandarin is an advantage
· Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA Singapore) is preferred.
· 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, fresh graduates are wellcome to apply.
· Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
