Robotic process automation (RPA) is a technology that enables users to configure software robots to emulate and integrate human interaction with digital systems to execute business processes. Software robots utilize the user interface to capture data and navigate applications just like humans do. They interpret data, trigger responses and communicate with other systems to perform a variety of repetitive, rule-based tasks.

RPA lead will be responsible for leading a team of RPA developer for end-to-end RPA project delivery and building the RPA capability in the organisation.
