Job Description

• Follow SOP and carry out CAS per specification.
• Execute scheduled / special preventive maintenance (PM) as per PM schedule and

Position Summary

This role will be in charge of managing and administering compensation and benefit to drive the performance and satisfaction of our SEAO employees.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Review, analyze, design and enhance existing compensation and benefits policies and incentive programs to improve employee satisfaction and drive business needs

· Responsible / “go to person” for HRIS (Workday) in Performance Evaluation, Goal Setting, Compensation modules & etc.

· Churning reports from HRIS (Workday) and monitor the progression status of the Performance Evaluation and Goal Setting processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Job Description

The Division of Family Medicine (DFM) at NUS research themes include chronic diseases, health longevity, cancer care, mental health, multimorbidity, family orientation and care coordination within the primary care setting.

We are looking to appoint a Research Fellow to support the primary care research programmes involving biostatistics. The Fellow will bring a combination of technical expertise in data science and applied statistical methods in primary care research.

The responsibilities include:

• Lead research projects that fall in DFM’s areas of interest and set up relevant research collaborations within and outside of the Division
• Provide support to other academic staff in the preparation of new grant proposals, ethics applications, manuscripts, and oral presentations
• Assist in the management of research activities including team coordination, mentoring of junior researchers, conducting research workshops and seminars
• Interact with interdisciplinary teams to build research capacity amongst our primary care partners
• Be a lead member of the research committee within DFM
