As the Program Officer, you will support the APLMA secretariat in driving awareness on the importance of malaria elimination, advocating for key issues to sustain elimination progress and ensuring malaria remains a highly visible locally, regionally and globally. You will also support communications efforts as well as provide broader support to the APLMA Secretariat’s advocacy efforts to elevate visibility of the Asia Pacific region’s drive to malaria elimination.

Responsibilities:

Program Communications

• Under the guidance of the Communications Manager, support and administer APLMA’s social media, digital engagement, website and newsletter.
• Develop and curate content, social media posts to amplify and profile key malaria elimination efforts and achievements in the region.
• Screen, curate and share media/journal/online articles relevant to APLMA's work and goals.

Requirements:

As Local Coordinator and as part of the Blended Care Team, you will assist the care management team in developing social activities and interest groups for residents at a physical centre, under the Health District @ Queenstown. You will be responsible to helm CareHub in line with CareHub’s service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.
