• The Contracts/Commercial Manager is responsible for the overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts, managing any commercial and contractual risk relating to the project and employ mitigation actions as quickly and effectively as possible.

Key Job Purpose:

• Work with Business functions’ business process owners (BPOs) to implement in-house business application software together with Business Application Management (BAM) team and other BPE Leads.

• Work with BPOs in reviewing business blueprint deviations and amendment the change requests or business process with requestors, users and BAM.

• Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and go-live support.

Provide post-implementation support to super-users:

• Create and implement programs that will provide refresher trainings to end-users in usage of business applications.

• Adequately address “how-to” queries from end-users.
• Adequately support users in handling complex transactions in the business applications.
• Escalate to BAM, cases that requires BAM intervention.

Review and develop any process enhancements and improvements.

Regularly review business processes (independent of any in-house business application softwares) with BPOs to improve on -

• Process efficiency
• Address corporate governance concerns

Ship's Store Purchaser / Vessel Store Purchaser

• Identify, qualify, and select vendors of materials, equipment, products, or services, and conduct overall Ship's Store supplier management.
• Manage purchase requisitions/orders.
• Obtain quotes for various Vessel stores, spares, and services arrangement based on RFQ from vessels and vessel managers / operations teams.
• Ensure that all purchasing activities are carried out in accordance to the organisation’s purchasing guidelines and procedures.
• To establish framework agreements with suppliers and ensure relevant goods and services are purchased under such agreements whenever possible. Negotiate with suppliers to deliver best results for the company.
• Keep update of purchase order into company costing system;
