JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the provision and development of the job coaching programme in IES. The incumbent is expected to implement, manage and develop job coaching programme that supports the vocational training for persons with mental health conditions who are not employment ready. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Devise, plan and implement job coaching strategies that utilizes clients' strengths and capability.

2. Develop job coaching framework, processes and training curriculum to support the on-the-job vocational training programme. These include intake assessment process, evaluation toolkits, training improvement programmes, matching criteria, and transitional processes.

3. Supervise clients in vocational training, help them adjust to the training environments and equip them with skills and competencies to prepare them for competitive employment. This includes:
