Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Coordination:

- Lead and inspire the service team to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Coordinate and communicate effectively with kitchen staff, ensuring seamless collaboration between front and back of house.

2. Guest Service:

- Greet and interact with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.

- Ensure prompt and courteous service, addressing any guest concerns or special requests promptly.

3. Order Management:

- Oversee the accurate and timely communication of orders to kitchen staff.

- Verify the quality and presentation of dishes before serving to guests.

4. Menu Knowledge:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.

- Assist guests in making informed choices by providing recommendations and answering queries.

5. Training and Development:

- Train and mentor service staff, ensuring they understand Hotel Miramar's service standards and protocols.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

6. Quality Control:

- Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to maintain cleanliness, order, and ambiance.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

7. Guest Engagement:

- Anticipate guests' needs and create a personalized experience.

- Collect feedback and address any concerns to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

8. Shift Management:

- Effectively manage shifts, including staff scheduling and task delegation.

- Adapt to a dynamic work environment, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualifications.
• Possess WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage/Hotel industry is advantageous.
• Exhibit an excellent service attitude.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer on operation issues.

• Import and export consolidation documents & liaising with overseas agent

Job Requirement

Job Description

• To ensure that the contractor co-ordinates the works of various contractors.
• To agree to detailed programmes of work-time chart and representation of site plans.
• To check that all necessary drawings and instruction have been given to contractors and authorization obtained, in accordance with the agreed programme
• To check that materials are ordered in good time and permits obtained.
• To check that all construction works are carried out in a safe manner, and that the site is kept secure.
• To watch for faulty workmanship and materials incorporated in the works and to issue instructions for rectification.
• To check and line and level of layout of structure during erection and that intentions of "contract" drawings are adhered to.
• To check structural slab, beam and column sizes and reinforcements placed and that intent of designs are followed.

Requirements:-

• Recognised Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with valid RE Accreditation Certificate from IES.
• Must have at least 5 yrs of post graduate experience respectively in supervising building projects. Applicants with both design and supervision experience as R.E. will be favourably considered.
• Fully conversant with Building Contract Act and Regulations. Able to administer contracts professionally, maintain site records and contract documents systematically, to meet reporting requirements under Building Control Act.
• Extensive experience in the supervision of bored pile systems, precast concrete, and structural steel construction.
• Experience with canal/ drainage construction will be favourably considered.
• Completed one HDB project as resident engineer.
