Job Overview:

The Operations Executive will oversee and coordinate cleaning operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency across various project sites. The role involves managing cleaning teams, monitoring work schedules, maintaining equipment and supplies, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety measures and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination & Quality Service Delivery:

• Work closely with the supervisor and clients to ensure high-quality cleaning services are consistently delivered.
• Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety protocols during operations at all sites.

Process Improvement:

• Compile and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in cleaning processes.
• Assist in developing and reviewing operational plans to improve work procedures and enhance service quality.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Review and submit daily cleaning job reports to management, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of materials and equipment, implementing maintenance schedules for tools and machinery.

Team Management & Scheduling:

• Plan and deploy work schedules and manpower efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Support the capability development of staff and ensure effective work processes are in place.

Tender & Contract Management:

• Interpret tender specifications and prepare accurate quotations for cleaning operations.
• Assist in negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing, ensuring contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Ensure that budget guidelines are adhered to and report deviations with appropriate explanations.
• Raise purchase requests within agreed limits and follow up on contractual payments.

Risk Management & Conflict Resolution:

• Report potential risks related to contract changes and assist in resolving any existing conflicts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the cleaning or operations industry.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license to transport workers to and from the dormitories and work sites.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible to work a 6-day work week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

1. Have Degree or Diploma in computing, design or a relevant field of study
2. Min. 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related role
3. Experience in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS and JS/TS) as well as any web framework (React, Angular, Vue, Nextjs and etc)
4. Experience in backend with REST APIs or any other backend frameworks

Job Duties:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability goals.

Experience:

· Proven track record in technical sales with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· At least 2-5 years of relevant sales experience. Candidates with 5+ years of experience and demonstrated leadership/managerial skills may be considered for a managerial position.

· Experience in optics or engineering-related fields is a plus.

· Familiarity with market research and the ability to analyse customer needs and translate them into product solutions.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and communication.

· Ability to work independently and driven to meet sales targets.

· Experience in customer-facing roles and a customer-oriented mindset.

· Factory experience is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field is required. Candidates with a Master’s or PhD are welcome to apply.
• Experience in industry sales is preferred; experience in precision optics is an advantage.
• A background in engineering is preferred, particularly with knowledge of optics or related technologies.

Other Requirements:

· Fluency in Englishand Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with customers in Asia, Europe, and the USA.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and managing customer services at the Rentadella HQ. This includes attending to customers, helping them select & book dresses, assisting with customer enquiries over email and phone, opening and closing of store, updating order status’, preparing and mailing out orders, accepting returns, measuring alterations required for customers, fixing and steaming dresses, fixing and changing order problems via our back end system.
