Position Overview: The Retail Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the retail operations team by handling various administrative tasks, providing operational insights, and ensuring smooth communication between the store teams and the head office. Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:
· Assist the operations team in collating and analysing sales data from all stores.
· Support the Retail Operations Manager with the standardization of store-level KPI reports.
· Point of Contact for Retail Staff:
· Act as the main point of contact for retail staff, ensuring effective communication between stores and the head office.
Resource & Material Dispatch:
· Dispatch necessary resources and materials to stores when required, ensuring they are received in a timely manner.
Calendar & Event Management:
· Manage operations team calendars and help organize staff welfare-related events and activities to promote a positive working environment.
Administrative Support to Retail Operations Manager:
· Assist the Retail Operations Manager with various administrative tasks as directed, including handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and preparing documents.
Reporting:
· Compile daily and monthly sales reports for all departmental stores and standalone stores to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manpower & Staffing:
· Update and maintain weekly manpower listings for all stores, ensuring adequate staffing levels are met.
Office Retail Administration:
· Handle various office retail administrative tasks, such as preparing monthly sales reports, store orders, and maintaining organized records.
Cross-departmental Collaboration:
· Work closely with different departments to support the retail sector, including collaborating with the Marketing team for store promotions and coordinating with Accounts for freelance payouts.
Ad-hoc Duties:
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of retail operations.
