• Leads business development activities for the Levanta Platform across South East Asia

• Possess working experience in Japanese restaurant will be advantageous
• Possess extensive sake knowledge, including types, serving methods, and pairing recommendations, along with a solid understanding of Japanese cuisine and ingredients to assist guests effectively with menu choices and enhance their dining experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to training and feedback, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Proficient in Japanese language will be advantageous in order to liaise with Japanese customers

• Operate, maintain and ensure safety while operating the crane.
• Inspect the crane regularly for repair and ensure it is in good working condition for the next day operations.

Requirements:

• Holds a valid Crawler Crane Certificate
• At least 3 years of crawler crane operation experience.
