Working Days: 5 days

Working hours : 9am - 6pm

Salary : Up to $3.2k [ based on experience ]

Job Scope

• Prepare new quotations.
• Prepare insurance renewals, endorsement processing
• Handle Claims
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Send marketing email
• Provide administrative support and tasks as assigned

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Preferably min 3 years relevant experience
• Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Health Insurance (HI) Cert is a must.
• Able to start work at short notice

We are now looking for a Captain Sommelier to join us in our service team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide guests in selecting wines that complement their meals, catering to diverse tastes and preferences.
• Assist in welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the dining experience.
• Provide an engaging and educational experience for guests regarding wine selections.
• Maintain a warm, approachable demeanor to ensure guests feel at ease.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, ensuring proper storage and availability of wines.
• Collaborate with chefs to design wine pairings for special menus or events.
• Monitor and manage wine sales, analyzing trends to maximize profitability.
• Lead by example during service, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and serving of wine to maintain quality.
• Oversee the wine cellar, ensuring it adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Develop an understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and the pairing of wines and other beverages with dishes.
• Help prepare the dining area, including setting tables according to fine dining standards, ensuring tableware is polished and arranged neatly.
• Part of service in delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring the correct sequence of service, and clearing tables promptly.
• Engage with guests, responding to inquiries or requests in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness of service areas, ensuring that the dining room and workstations are organized at all times.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning of annual calendar plan of activities for seniors and coordinating of the activities
• Assist in programme evaluation and telephone interviews/survey to gather feedback on the activities and programmes
• Manage queries and provide seniors with information and referral to services
• Monitor the supply and condition of equipment, activity materials and supplies and assist to procure items when needed
• Assist Programme Executive to manage programme budgets and resources
• Assist to maintain databases for programmes and activities
• Perform general administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Advanced / Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Services
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or relevant certificate
• With relevant experience is an advantage
