About the role
The primary goal of the Sourcing Team Lead is to ensure the delivery of a best in class recruitment service to our client.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting Chief Operating Officer with diary and administration management
· Manage and maintain the COO’s calendar in Microsoft Outlook – scheduling internal and external meetings
· Assist in managing the COO's email inbox, responding to or redirecting inquiries as appropriate
· Support with preparing documents (agenda’s and presentations) for Board and Global Leadership Team meetings, and tracking actions following the meetings
· Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, for the COO
· Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
· Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and other documents as required.
· Producing PowerPoint presentations for board level and internal meetings
· Assist in organizing and coordinating internal events and offsites
· Coordinating Global Leadership Team offsite & other events (booking the venue, building agendas, speakers etc)
· Attend Global Leadership Team offsite meetings and support as needed (minutes and actions)
· Managing confidential projects on an ad hoc basis
· Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
· Collaborate with other PA’s and support staff to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations.
· Provide support for personal work on an ad-hoc basis
Key Information:
· 5+ years of experience as PA/ EA
· Highly proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms.
· Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within a team.
· Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving and taking initiative.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
