Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in SAP Basis consulting, including Oracle database administration.
• Expertise in SAP MaxDB, SAP NetWeaver, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Windows, Unix, Linux, and AIX operating systems.
• Strong experience in SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and handle organisation’s learning and development needs
• Develop organisation’s overall learning plan and conduct learning needs analysis
• In charge of annual training budget
• Source and handle external partners regarding learning and development matters
• Develop and update employee orientation materials
• Conduct employee orientation
• Monitor employee training calendar and coordinate internal and external training programs
• Gather post training feedback and monitor effectiveness of training programs
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in HR or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development and HR Operations
• Strong ability in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Possess excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with stakeholders
