YOU ARE
The Enterprise Solutions Leader is a senior technology advisory role at SoftServe. ESLs are trusted technology advisors for our clients and provide continuity in engagements through orchestrating platforms architecture, enterprise product management, digital strategy, and solutions. They are multifaceted, focusing on topics as diverse as business strategy, technology, design, and business process.
ESLs are recognized technology leaders and influencers in one or more key industries including healthcare, finance, energy, and manufacturing. ESLs develop and deliver thought leadership content and digital strategy vision to support SoftServe market differentiation and innovation practices.
So, we would be glad to talk with you, if you are the person with
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with 5+ years in a hands-on technical role (Software Engineer, Cloud Architect)
- 5+ years in IT or management consulting to enterprises, especially in implementing complex solutions and systems
- Demonstrated leadership in driving complex B2B sales in technical presales roles
- 5+ years of experience specifically in one or more of the following business domains: healthcare, finance, energy, manufacturing, and technologies including AI/ML, blockchain, data architecture, data sciences
- Excellent consultative, advisory, and professional services presence and track record, able to express ideas clearly and logically at all levels within the organization, technical and non-technical
- Ability to document, illustrate, demonstrate, and communicate complex business and technical topics and systems to both technical and business audiences
- Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels within enterprise organizations, including C-Suite and Board
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and key personnel across geographically and culturally diverse groups
- Relevant industry certifications in Cloud, Product Management, such as AWS SA Associate, Pragmatic, etc.
- Enterprise architecture certifications such as TOGAF, or Zachman
- Ability to drive solution planning including target customer identification, addressable market sizing, actionable competitive intelligence, and curating customer-centric roadmaps
- Proven track record of succeeding in solution development using a variety of methodologies including lean IT, design thinking, Agile and possessing technical skills sufficient to lead engineering
- Demonstrable history of synthesizing solution introductions across all business disciplines, from engineering and DevOps to sales, marketing, and finance
- Ability to manage the entire software development lifecycle, including solution innovation and evolution, accelerated technology cycles, solution disruptions, and changing customer demands

- Providing leadership within SoftServe most strategic enterprise engagements
- Participating in client projects as a key advisor and client advocate ensuring alignment of digital solutions to business strategy
- Driving and leading SoftServe multidisciplinary team at each stage of customer engagement
- Demonstrating exceptional business acumen to understand formal and informal organizational structures, assess risk, understand and contribute to strategy formulation, structure KPIs and OKRs, and identify ways to improve business processes and operations
- Facilitating client workshops to discover requirements and accurately gauge project scope
- Leading solution development for our most strategic engagements
- Supporting business development within SoftServe
- Participating in multidiscipline sales teams contributing technical subject matter expertise at a consultant/advisor level
- Meeting with and coordinating prospective and existing clients to gain an understanding of their business strategy, objectives, transformation initiatives in progress, business requirements, and technology infrastructure; proposing solutions aligned with their strategy
- Defining and owning the vision and scope of proposed solutions, including sign-off from all stakeholders
- Fostering trust with key client management and stakeholders in order to gain advisory status and ultimately buy-in and approval for recommendations
- Promoting SoftServe leadership within the industry
- Preparing and delivering presentations, demonstrations, and discussing case studies with industry audiences, analysts, partners, and industry press
- Preparing unique thought leadership content establishing vision and strategy aligned with vertical and industry initiatives
- Contributing to social media and industry forums to promote our company and demonstrate our world-class proficiencies.
