Be familiar with the application fields of steel products, to combine the characteristics of each series product, analysis clearly, suitable for the parent company Baosteel's key users are related.
Be familiar with the geographical environment of Southeast Asia and South Asia, familiar with the trade policies of each country or region, and able to make reasonable and effective marketing strategies and programs for steel products according to the requirements of the parent company Baosteel, which not only meet the requirements of the parent company but also meet the various requirements of the local market.
Have the ability to obtain major steel orders through marketing planning, analysis, coordination, communication etc. according to the characteristics of various series of steel products.
Fully responsible for promoting the sales of Baosteel's cold rolled series, silicon steel series, hot-rolled series, steel for automotive application series, plate series and bar series products in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
Fully responsible for promoting the communication and coordination between the factory and the user on the specific product in terms of technical agreement, delivery, logistic, fit for purpose etc., to ensure that the product meets the delivery and requirements of the user.
Be responsible for making company annual sales & marketing plan according to the requirements of the parent company Baosteel, and then making the specific plans and strategies with all company sales units to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Have strong will, be able to take the initiative to undertake coordination and communication of difficult problems, timely deal with various problems in steel marketing activities, all problems can be PDCA.
Be responsible for the daily management of the steel department of the company, improve work efficiency, deal with and complete the missions authorized by the company and various temporary tasks.
