· Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code

· Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code

· Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines

· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management.
• Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet.
• Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability throughout the software stack.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.
• At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications run on full stack preferably in Java, Spring-boot, Microservices.
• At least 2-5 years of working experience, preferably in Banking or Anti money laundering.
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments.
• Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows scripting.
• Knowledge on GIT Bitbucket and Jenkins has added advantage.
• Knowledge on Actimize/Hadoop has added advantage.
• Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL
• Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Grafana has added advantage.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Finance Intern.

In this role you will be part of the iris Finance Team. The team is responsible for the financial management and operations of the Singapore agency, and for providing commercial advice & support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks and assisting in the preparation of monthly/yearly financial and management information to aid commercial decision-making and will be key to assisting the profit growth of the business by managing financial risk and identifying opportunities. Liaising closely with the management teams you will provide them dedicated support on the commercial drivers at both an agency and client level.

Your responsibilities as a Finance Intern will be:

Accounts Payable

• Coding and checking purchase invoices
• Processing staff expenses
• Weekly payment runs
• Control and reconciliation of credit cards
• Dealing and responding to supplier queries
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Follow up and assist the Macedonia team in relation to AP related requests
• Finance admin tasks
• Cash book and bank reconciliations
• Updating monthly Prepayments schedules and journal posting

Accounts Receivable

• Sales invoicing
• Banking and reconciliation
• Follow up and assist the Macedonia team in relation to AR related requests/client billing queries

Ad Hoc

• Providing time sheet report for internal control purposes.
• Ad-hoc month end duties e.g. update balance sheet schedules.
• Providing support during the year- end audit process and completion of the Statutory Accounts
• Maconomy finance training

Insurance Admin Executive

Location: Upper Thomson (Shuttle bus service from Ang Mo Kio mrt station)

Working Days: 5 days

Working hours : 9am - 6pm

Salary : Up to $3.2k [ based on experience ]

Job Scope

• Prepare new quotations.
• Prepare insurance renewals, endorsement processing
• Handle Claims
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Send marketing email

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Preferably min 3 years relevant experience
• Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Health Insurance (HI) Cert is a must.
