Reporting into the Head of HR based in Singapore, you will:

• Manage HR processes with managers including performance management, succession planning, salary and talent review, employee relations
• Drive HR initiatives to improve employee experience and retention
• Work with the internal recruiter to drive talent acquisition efforts and build a steady talent pipeline for the region
• Point of contact to local employees and management for all HR matters
• Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
• Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned

skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ of HR experience, with business partnering experience
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Resourceful and independent
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
• Proactive, communicative and self-motivated
• Collaborative and a team player

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends.
• Oversee product life cycle and pricing strategies for products.
• Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and campaign ROI.
• Ensure the product is well-represented across all offline and online touchpoints.
• Manage marketing projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist in new product launch.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficiency in SAP software is an advantage
• Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
