Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Finance Manager located in Senoko Drive. Our client is creating a new and sustainable way of supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to Singapore and you'll be responsible for supports the Head of Finance in managing the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis to optimize costs and improve efficiency, overseeing accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves monitoring cash flow, preparing financial statements, and offering insights to guide business decisions. The Finance Manager collaborates with senior management on strategic planning, evaluates financial risks, and drives process improvements. Additionally, the role includes leading the finance team, ensuring tax compliance, maintaining internal controls, and managing relationships with auditors and financial stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 5 years in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry or a similar sector is a plus.

The Physiotherapist helps patient restore mobility, function and independence through detailed assessment of problems and individualized treatment. Physiotherapists manage a wide range of conditions, with expertise in mobilization techniques and manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, balance and gait training and education on health promoting strategies. The Physiotherapist works within the context of a multidisciplinary team.

A Physiotherapist demonstrates a high standard of clinical practice and professional conduct in all areas of patient care, and proactively participate in continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.

(A) MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CLINICAL DUTIES

Depending on the coverage areas, locum physiotherapist should be competent in managing the following conditions:

• Orthopedics
• Sports
• Neurology/Neurosurgery
• Cardiopulmonary
• Geriatrics
• Musculoskeletal

He/she should be independent in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of patient within defined scope of practice. He/she should have an understanding of the limits of their expertise and seek guidance proactively when appropriate.

2. Administrative duties

The locum physiotherapist must have skills and competency in self management, and compliance to medicolegal and governance guidelines

• Be responsible for the caseload allocated and provide coverage as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical reports in continuity of care
• Be familiar with and adhere to basic tenets of JCI
• Maintain statistics on workload as needed by the Department and Hospital

OTHER DUTIES

1. Supervisory Role

• Provide supervisory/training to staff as allocated by supervisor / manager
• Provide mentoring / leadership guide to staff as allocated by supervisor / manager

Education, Training and Experience

• Recognized Degree in Physiotherapy
• Graduate with 3 years of working experience in the relevant clinical disciplines
• Have basic IT skills and competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

2. Professional License

• Registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
• Member of the Singapore Physiotherapy Association or equivalent (highly recommended)

(D) ABNORMAL PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITION

• Managing patient with behavioural issues

Responsibilities:

• Implement project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation
• Coordinate and supervise project work on various site
• Review Schematic, as-built drawing
• Follow up on drawing discrepancies
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project related matter

Requirements:

• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or in any engineering field
• Prior experience in Construction / Engineering work would be an added advantage
• Office proficient in (AutoCAD/Microsoft Office)
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and a team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
• Able to work under tight deadlines

Reporting to the Marketing & Membership Manager, your duties as Marketing & Membership Officer are detailed below:

General
To support the overall department function & operations with guidance from the Department Head, including Membership, Events and Marketing & Communications aspects.


A. Events
1. To plan, execute & review marketing activities for events related business according to goals and directions guided by Department Head.
2. To support events fulfilment.
3. To engage and build rapport with clients, in order to understand the need and desire to secure business and improve business strategy.

B. Marketing/Communications & Membership
4. To work with selected vendors to plan, execute & review marketing activities according to goals and directions guided by Department Head.
5. To support in communications related activities.
6. To work with partners and related organisations to achieve communications objectives.
7. To plan, execute & review marketing activities for membership related business according to goals and directions guided by Department Head.
8. To support in membership administration.
9. To engage and build rapport with members, in order to understand the need and desire to improve service provision.

**SITE FOREMAN / PROJECT SUPERVISOR **

Employment Type: Full-Time ( NORTH ZONE )

Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily site supervision, coordination, and inspections to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor and ensure work progress aligns with approved safety standards and timelines.

- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

- Waterproofing / Electrical / Electronic / Building Maintenance

- Fresh / no experience are welcome too as OJT ( on-job-training ) will be provided
