Client Care

• Assist in the maintenance rehabilitation of clients
• Assist physiotherapist and occupational therapist in implementing the rehabilitation program of clients

• At least 1 year of experience supporting school operations.
• Preferred experience as a cleaner in science laboratory settings.

Scope of works:

• Sweep and mop laboratory floors.
• Empty trash bins and broken glassware containers.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure deployment, support and being accountable for the following areas:

The Field Collection Collector is responsible for visiting clients to collect outstanding payments and ensure a timely debt recovery. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle sensitive financial matters with discretion.

This position will be managing and developing a team of Beauty Consultants through daily supervision and coaching. Brand Sales & Image

• Work hand in hand with Beauty Consultants to achieve sales targets 
• Understand the counter business and sales trends in order to detect growth opportunities
• Assist and help execute promotions (including promotion, incentive and GWP) to exceed sales targets yet maintaining brand standards
• Actively promotes Brand and presents a professional image at all times
• Completes weekly external reports to the Brand and participates in various projects as and when required.
• Develops in-store relations to build and uphold positive rapport between Operator and Brand

Supervision and Team Management of Beauty Consultants

• Communicate effectively corporate strategy & guidelines to the team
• Work closely and effectively with the internal team and operator’s team of sales staff, supervisors and managers
• Keep Beauty Consultants motivated to achieve goals by preparation, participation, practice, praise and passion
• Serve as a role model, coach Beauty Consultants to ensure selling techniques / product knowledge and demonstration adheres to the brand standards as well as effective translation into customer penetration and staff productivity results
• Ensure Beauty Consultants uphold grooming standards of the brand
• Evaluates and monitors performance of Beauty Consultants closely with Airport Manager and Training team to identify areas for development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques which drives performance
• Assist and work with Retail Manager in recruitment of Beauty Consultants, where applicable
• Plan and ensure that new Beauty Consultants are integrated into the brand by providing them with concise brand introduction and understanding of basic product knowledge to enable them to perform their job until formal training is arranged by the Training team

Counter & Product Management

• Guarantee the respect of Dior brand image in all aspects: Visual Merchandising, Beauty
• Ensure overall counter image/aesthetic adhere to brand philosophy/ guidelines and that all counters are updated with stocks and testers
• Supervises daily counter duties such as housekeeping, merchandising, stock management, including supply of testers and counter tools
• Ensure stocks and testers are sufficient on-counter through effective facilitation of stocks transfer from warehouse to store(s) or counter(s); ensure stocks are well allocated to each location and effective stocks replenishment
• Roster all team members in housekeeping duties to maintain hygiene standards and ensure testers and collateral materials are clean, tidy and filled
• Ensures merchandising and display follows brand guidelines (e.g. planogram) and Operator’s requirements
• Provide feedback to ensure visuals at all locations have been updated all at the same time
• Provide feedback to support the development and increase of sales, clearing of slow-moving items and damages
• Work with field team to evaluate effectiveness of counter tools to allow consumers to understand in-store highlights 
• Conduct counter coaching to Beauty Consultants and Promoters where necessary

Promotion Coordination

• Work with field staff to execute promotion setup timely and effectively
• Ensure stocks, testers and GWP are sufficiently allocated to the promotion counter
• Ensure promotion mechanics and incentives are effectively communicated to field staff
• Provide basic product knowledge introduction and counter coaching to promoters
• Provide feedback to Airport Manager or Retail Manager regarding overall promotion sales and customer feedbacks

This individual will manage a structured team to engage and drive conversations with key partners (including creative agencies) that involves account and media planning, new opportunities, branded content, negotiations, as well as support and collaborate on relevant projects to scale learnings that is required of the account.

Key Accountabilities:

• Be a key contact across entire planning cycle for senior brand clients and media directors / managers. Ensure media deliverables are met on time and within budget and align with clients’ objectives.
• Utilize an in-depth knowledge on client category, brands and specific client requests and needs to provide appropriate input and direction to the agency units driving the entire communication planning process.
• Lead account ‘project manager’ for the entire business accountable for achieving deadlines across all campaigns and deliverables. Collaborate with multiple internal business practices that contribute to the overall communication plan development process both internal and external.
• Hones feasibility, profitability and negotiation skills through implementation and management of plans, working with Trading team to drive best prices and terms to maximize effectiveness of placement’s reach to client’s consumers.
• Serves as first level coach and supervisor to one or more associates to support their knowledge of agency, client, vendor and industry basics as well as their overall skill development in the execution or monitoring of experience plans.
• Provide staff with ongoing feedback and manage annual Evaluation as well as constantly evaluating resource allocations.
• Address all operational issues to ensure smooth execution. Propose solutions and perspectives to problems.
• Establish effective working relationships with all parties and act as first line of issue escalation; manage the resolution of issues as they arise (pre and post live) such as discrepancy between reporting systems and creative malfunctions, amongst others.
• Keep abreast to the development and trends in the ever-changing media landscape.
• Full understanding and interpretation of media system, research, market data and manage 3rd Party audits.
• Drive and own internal processes to increase productivity, streamline processes/reporting as required and champions HX Media Framework. Work with team to implement these processes and see it to its fruition.
