Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Partner Manager to develop and lead our partner program. As the Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by establishing and managing relationships with resellers and implementation partners. You will develop a structured partner program and build a robust partner network that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the Partner Program:
- Design and implement a comprehensive partner program, including onboarding processes, training, certifications, and incentive structures.
- Define tiers, benefits, and requirements for partners to encourage engagement and growth.
Build and Manage Partner Network:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers and implementation partners globally or regionally.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and facilitating collaboration.
Drive Partner Sales and Growth:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create co-marketing initiatives and campaigns for partners.
- Set and monitor partner performance metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction levels.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on partner contributions to revenue and market share.
Support Partner Enablement:
- Equip partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively promote and implement our software product.
- Organize and oversee partner events, webinars, and workshops to ensure continuous learning and engagement.
Strategic Development and Market Analysis:
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the partner ecosystem.
- Develop strategies to expand partner reach in key markets and industries.
- Continuously refine the partner program based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the software or IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner networks.
- Strong understanding of reseller and implementation partner dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and partner management tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
