Key Responsibilities:

• Review and understand all drawings and specifications

• Handle pre or post-tender procurement which includes sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
• Tabulate and evaluate price comparison and prepare cost analysis / cost reduction strategies

Key Responsibilities

• Involvement in Pre-Production and closing production accounts after shoot
• Assisting Producers and/or Assistant Producers in various projects
• Assisting in planning logistics, location sourcing and casting talents.
• To run errands and ensure production stays on schedule
• Problem solve any production issues
• Assisting Production on set.
• Building relationships with all vendors to support creative projects and oversee the logistics management for project operations.

Qualification/Experience

• Good communicator and interpersonal skills
• The candidate must be self-motivated and extremely organised.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
• Self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Diploma in Film and Media studies or any other relevant fields of studies preferred. But also open
