As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors' products and services.

To be successful as a Sales and Marketing Executive, you should hold a Diploma in Sales, Marketing or a related field. You should also have a prior work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar role.

Besides this, you should possess excellent convincing abilities as well as good communication skills. You should also possess outstanding sales skills and the ability to work in a team environment as and when needed.

Responsibilities

• Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
• Proficient in Digital Marketing
• Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
• Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Preparing budget and time constraints.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
• Working in collaboration with the Finance department.
• Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.
• Participating in events organised by the company.
• Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
• Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
• Handling complaints of the clients.
• Negotiating deals with the clients.
• Taking feedbacks from the clients.
• Creating marketing campaigns on various social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram Facebook etc).
• Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
• Understanding and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software.
• A result-driven and organised individual.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

What will you be doing?

• Develop Applications using Elixir Ambience (Low code Development platform) and other 3rd party tools. Elixir Ambience modules include - ETL, Form Builder, Workflow, Dashboard etc.
• Write custom codes to Integrate External API with Elixir Ambience (Scala, Java, Js)
• Produce technical documentations such as Software Design Document
• Beside the project team, work with Infrastructure team ( internal or external )to setup the different environment such as UAT and PROD
• Be part of System Integration Testing (SIT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support application training for users

• Resourceful and self-driven to pick up new knowledge and skills to stay ahead of technology changes
• Demonstrated good teamwork and positive attitude in meeting project deadlines

Background / Competencies and Skills

• Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Well-versed in Java, .NET, JavaScript/HTML5/CSS, SQL, Scala and general software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Understanding of NoSQL Database Architecture & Web Development
• Knowledge of APIs and experience of software integration
• Methodical and good writing skills for documentation purpose

Job Description

• Assist Doctors in Clinic Procedures and Surgeries

• Assist in front line duties (attending to walk in patients/ enquiries, register patients and making appointment)

• Assisting patients on insurance claims

Job Requirement for clinic nurses

• Possess valid SNB Registration and BCLS certification

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Prior experience in a specialist clinic setting will be ideal. Ward nurses are free to apply as well.
