Duties and responsibilities of Infant Educarers include the following:

Infant Care Role:

• Maintain constant observation and supervision of all infants and toddlers throughout operating hours.
• Evaluate child’s development and progress.
• Provide routine care according to a schedule while catering to the individual needs of each infant and toddler.
• Routine activity includes changing of diapers, feeding, bathing, washing, napping, and any other activities as required and in accordance with ECDA guidelines.
• Document all monitored activities for each child and maintain such records.
• Plan and conduct engaging activities for the children, encouraging exploration and creativity.

Childcare Role:

• Establish and enforce rules of behaviour for children in their classrooms.
• Provide for the basic needs of the children (water to drink, chairs to sit on).
• Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents.

Job Purpose:

The Art Teacher is responsible for developing each child interest in arts and the ability to express their artistic ability and creativity, to acquire knowledge and aesthetic understanding, to nurture and develop talents.

Job Responsibility:

• Prepare course materials and execute planned art curriculum lessons in group settings.
• Educate and nurture child to express artistic ability, creativity through principles of art and techniques.

Job Description

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

-Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

-Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.

-Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.

-Plan, organise and communicate to customers on the various programme and campus events.

-Serve as customer’s main point of contact and manage communication platforms.

-Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.

-Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.

-Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.

-Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.

-Share expertise and provide guidance to direct report.

-Motivate and work as a team in the achievement of service excellence and centre targets.

-Liaise with landlord on updates.

-Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.

Qualification:

-Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable. -Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are welcome to apply.

-At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask. -Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.
