The Food & Beverage Operations Manager assists the Senior Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead the Food and Beverage operations, by ensuring and maintaining the strategic and tactical positioning as a world class operation. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and qualify opportunities to achieve sales booking targets.
• Manage sales through forecasting, qualification, account strategy, and planning.
• Leverage and involve multiple stakeholders in Hitachi Solutions and Microsoft to ensure high win rate
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the deal
• Participate in the development, presentation, and articulation of a value proposition
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
• Identify and develop strategic alignment with key influencers
• Track and update internal CRM system for Sales Pipeline, Contact and Accounts
• Work with key partners such as Microsoft, Hitachi Asia (HAS), and ISV partners to identify and qualify opportunities
• Join weekly sales meeting and provide timely reports
• Execute industry strategy and acquire new customers in the assigned industries
• Comply with the internal processes related to customer screening, deal evaluation, pricing approvals, and Phase Gate
• Ensure effective leadership is implemented when managing a team or project team

Role :

Perform engineering duties in equipment installation, testing and after sales service.

Responsibilities:

· Carry out on site equipment installation, testing and commissioning

· Perform maintenance, trouble shoot and repair of environmental machinery and system

· Work in accordance with project scope and schedule

· Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least ITE certificate (Nitec) / Diploma in mechanical or electrical fields / alternatively, candidates who possess relevant qualifications and experience in machine trouble shooting and repairing

· Knowledge in machine assembly, pneumatic, electrical, control panel wiring and assembly is an advantage

· To be involved in machine installation and commissioning

· Minimum 3 years of working experience

· Possess valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage

· Able to work independently and self-motivated

· Able to work well as a member of a team

· Good interpersonal and communications skill

What will you do?

ELECTRA program, a common initiative from Power Products and Power Systems Divisions intent to boost sales in several selected segments (Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Mining, Metals, Hyperscale Data Center, Commercial Industrial Buildings, Marine & Ports, Semiconductor fab, Mobility and New Energy Landscape)

The role of the Principal power system design engineer is to bring innovation and thought leadership to End Users and our Channel partners - Design Consultants, Panel Builders and Contractors for Segment applications. In close collaboration with the Project leader and Segment leaders, the technical

leader will :

• Develop state-of-the-art and architectures to reinforce Schneider Electric competitiveness.
• Engage high level discussions with customers to capture expressed and unexpressed requirements, convert those requirements in power systems architectures magnifying Schneider Electric catalogue strengths.
• Support our customers and ecosystem partners with high level expertise in power systems, protection plan (MV/LV), power automation and monitoring, control.
• Create highly valuable content to promote & prescribe through workshops & trainings SE solutions (reference design, whitepapers, webinars & conferences)

Application Knowledge:

• Possess good knowledge on the Hyperscale Datacenter applications and ability to lead technical discussions directly with Customers to capture application needs.
• Understand Customer’s key performance indicators, constraints, operation, roles & responsibility in their respective industrial applications.
• Must have High, Medium and Low Voltage system design and execution knowledge for Datacenter industries. Carry out preliminary engineering design in accordance with local codes or relevant international design codes.
• Technology innovation by experimentations with customers and new generation architectures investigations

Power Systems Expertise

• Contribute to the definition of optimized and competitive HV/MV/LV power systems architecture based on Schneider Electric catalogue and contribute to the definition of innovative electrical distribution architectures.
• Build appropriate reference architectures, technical materials, and documentations to promote Schneider Electric solutions emphasizing on differentiation and customer benefits.
• Knowledge in power systems engineering (network simulation, protection, AC & DC power electronics conversion (UPS/DC Charger), power quality, reliability)
• Ability to Value Engineer the customer solutions with the focus on overall Electrical Architecture.
• Very good knowledge of Schneider Electric offers (MV/LV Equipment, UPS, monitoring & control, relays)
• Very good knowledge in Power system studies and equipment sizing.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Master’s degree in Power Systems engineering is a plus
• 10+ years’ experience in Electrical Power System design engineering studies with a strong consulting background
• Experience in leading Electrical design for Hyperscale Datacenter will be an advantage.
• Good exposure to Power System studies software such as ETAP.
• Familiar with project business model and exposure to working with Channel partners (Design Consultants, Panel Builder and Contractors)
• Familiar with direct engagement with customers

Education & Qualification

• Degree in Architecture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Care Duties

• Work closely with fellow care staff colleagues.
• Assist in meals setup for clients and distribution of meals.
• Assist clients and staffs during medical emergencies.
• Observe confidentiality of information in relations to centre and the occupants.
• Participate in individual care assignments of clients.
• Proper documentation and safekeeping of centre records.
• Adhere to audits and centre policies.
• Provide cross coverage to colleagues or deployment to other centre/s when need arises.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Reporting Officer.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living like feeding, showering, toileting, elimination and transfer of clients
• Active involvement, design activities and assist to carry out individual care plans of clients assigned by the multi-disciplinary team.
• Conduct suitable mass group activities, individual and small group activities as planned by clinicians or supervisor.
• Assist with basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning and clearing of body discharges, waste disposal, biohazard waste and sharps in accordance to guidelines.
• Wash dishes, clear meals and maintain client cleanliness, clean tables, chairs and floor after every meal.

Driver Duties

• Perform facilities duties like simple maintenance and repairs.
• Provide coverage for driving duties to transport clients with an escorting colleague to and from different destinations when main driver is not available.
• Assist clients with transferring and ensure safety in transportation.
• Assist Centre Manager in transportation planning.
• Assist clients and family members into transportation matters and coordinate with team.
• Establish vehicle maintenance/inspection schedules and ensure vehicle is well-maintained.
• Complete and follows up on all administration matters related to vehicle timely for example renewal of road tax.
• Assist to maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the premises and vehicles including tools when requires.
• Perform other driving dispatch or ferrying duties when assigned.
• Escort clients between centre and other destinations with or without transport.

• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or relevant certification in Healthcare will be advantageous
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Possess a Vocational License.
• Has experience in driving seniors and people with disabilities will be advantageous.
• Reliable team member, possess positive work, good interpersonal skills and fit for driving.
• Patience and likes working with people with disabilities/dementia as well as their families.
• Willing to work staggered shifts according to Centre operating hours.
