Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Media Manager / Senior Manager for a 6-month contract role to support our integrated media team in media planning and campaign implementation across offline and online media platforms.
You will be responsible for leading the team in strategy development, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimisation and performance analysis of integrated media campaigns covering channels and platforms including FTA TV and Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL/Influencer, and Digital.
We are seeking candidates who are able to commence immediately.

About the Role
Main Responsibilities:
Planning & Delivery
- Support the senior client lead in managing a portfolio of media accounts with a team of Planners and Executives
- Define media plan strategies and deliver recommendations to clients and partners
- Lead and oversee the team in strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimisation, and performance analysis across online and/or offline media channels and platforms
- Ad-hoc involvement in new business pitching
Stakeholder Management
- Day-to-day client management to ensure alignment through all stages of the account and campaign lifecycle
- Act as the key point of contact for client services
- Work with media partners and traders to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns; lead negotiations with clients and partners for campaigns
- Manage client budgets and financial invoicing related to the assigned client portfolio
- Team Leadership
- Manage junior team members; Plan, distribute and oversee the tasks of junior team members
- Support the recruitment and training of junior team members; Monitor and appraise their work performance
Requirements for this role:
- Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experience
- Experience in media planning and buying, ideally in media agencies. At least 4-5 years for Manager-level, and at least 6-8 years for Senior Manager or Associate Director-levels
- Proficiency in integrated media planning covering FTA TV and Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL/Influencer, and Digital. Offline media planning skills will be priority for this role
- Proficiency in digital buying platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360)
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
- Good understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore (including ad networks and third-party partners), and local market nuances
- Strong business acumen and a sense of financial management. You will be overseeing the management of client budgets
- First-hand team management experience will be appreciated at this level
