About the Team
With the mission of "Inspiring New Life and Helping Good Business", Local Service is committed to becoming the most trusted local service platform for users and partners.
In Local Service, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative.
At the same time, Local Service creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency.
Based in Singapore, we are on the lookout for Partner Managers who can drive growth and enrich our ecosystem. TikTok's local service partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the platform's service offerings to users and merchants. As a Partner Manager, you are expected to provide deep product insights and ongoing consultative support to TikTok's product and local service teams. The immediate focus will be on top local service partners in travel, food, and leisure to further accelerate service offerings on TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Strategic Partner Manager to new verticals/initiatives to scale business growth and service
- Identify opportunities, develop and implement initiatives to local service partnership offerings on TikTok
- Work cross-functionally within new verticals, and other organizations to drive revenue and increase partnership and deeper collaboration
- Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Tiktok products, focusing on those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology.
- Develop scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication.
- Represent TikTok in external meetings with C-level executives while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years in client-facing roles, specifically in partner management
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration with peers and managers, both within the organization and with external partners.
- Demonstrated ability in presenting to diverse audiences, including internal teams and external stakeholders, across various levels of seniority.
- Strong experience in defining, developing, and leading significant projects.
- Proficient in negotiation and possess solid quantitative/analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred experience in the user technology industry.
- Preferred experience working as part of a global or international team.
- Robust product acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to product strategy.
