Requirements:

• Oversee and ensure efficiency of day to day operations of the store.

• Ensure merchandises are well presented and visual display is aligned to Brand’s VM guideline.
• Maintain awareness of market trends /monitor what competitors are doing.
• Handle queries, feedback and comments from customers.
• Ensure timely submission of administrative documents
• Maintain a safe and pleasant work environment.
• Ensure store adhere and execute according to GMG Sports Policies and Procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• More than 7 years of experience in Project Management of large scale projects with good technical knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/AX, .Net, Java, J2EE, Application Servers, Databases, etc. are preferred.
• Customer-oriented and a team player with the ability to effectively lead and motivate team members towards common objectives

Job Summary :

The applicant is expected to, and will be responsible for identifying new markets, prospective partners and carry out due diligence to enter new life insurance and asset management markets in the Asia-Pacific region to work towards achieving an awareness of the competitive landscape, development and standards, and identify opportunities for expansion.

He/she will work closely with the leadership team and senior stakeholders across the regional offices and with the headquarters in Japan regarding life insurance and asset management to implement the organization's vision and mission.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of materials in Japanese on a weekly basis to the Japan HQ. To maintain close communication with Japan Headquarters to provide frequent updates, reports and presentations to senior leadership teams based in Japan.
• Assist and monitor group companies' management in the Asia-Pacific region as a shareholder (group companies are in life insurance and asset management areas) through effective report tracking, meetings etc .
• Work closely with other functions and departments to ensure a consistent understanding/view of financial and insurance issues across the organisation.
• Support group companies' sales, distributions, financials, risk management, compliance, IT and HR through high level actions in identifying potential threats, developing effective sales models and assisting/reporting to the Vice President on matters for HR escalations, employee relations etc
• Working closely with NLIC in identifying new markets and prospective partners and carrying out due diligence to enter new life insurance and asset management markets
• Assist in developing and implementing Asia-Pacific strategy including expansion of regional head quarter's function.
• Market research and information gathering on life insurance and financial markets of Asia-Pacific region.
• General administration work and basic accounting

• Engage in hands-on activities to conduct regular inspections and monitoring of various building services and facilities.
• Address breakdowns, respond to complaints/feedback, and attend to tenant service calls regarding building services and facilities.

Requirements:

• Nitec and above.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
