Primary responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and coordinating Sea Import shipments.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and documentation is accurate and precise.
• Ensure Fully Compliance on Workplace Safety & Health Procedure

Duties / Scope of work

• To ensure accurate and timely production of relevant export documentation and declarations (eg. HB/L, MBL, manifest, pre-alerts), customs declaration, Trade-net operations.
• Perform general shipping functions including system data entries.
• Coordinating and resolve shipment issues
• To communicate efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport team, trucking partners and overseas offices in order to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments.
• Ensure customer requirements are meet, customers are up-to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.
• To ensure related charges are billed and collected timely from the consignee or its agent
• Ensure all transactions are handled in an accurate, complete and timely manner
• To effectively follow up with CFS warehouse/oversea offices on any short-landed, damaged or discrepancy cargo
• Answering to customer's inquiries and handling customer's complaints.
• Preparing of payment vouchers, verifications of vendor costings, closing of all shipment files and filling of documents.
• To liaise with ocean carriers and master co-loaders on shipment booking and checking on schedule, space and equipment availability

Furthermore, this will help in shaping the ministry and support the church planting vision. This staff will be given opportunity to learn what it means to lead the worship ministry, which will include spearheading the recruiting, auditioning and training of musicians. The WMTC manages the rostering of volunteers and the week-to-week preparation and coordination for Sunday worship with the goal of ensuring a smooth and God-glorifying worship experience at RHC Sunday Services and events. • Oversee the technical development of volunteers in the worship ministry
