Program Director

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Program Department ensuring that it meets the organizational goals and strategic objectives
• Manage the program to ensure it meet the planned budget and schedules
• Manage, coach and motivate the staff
• Develop business relationship with customers and to ensure customer satisfaction level is met

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience in managing New Product Introduction
• Result oriented with strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively develop clients through phone calls, online channels, etc., schedule appointments, and guide them to the store.
2. Assist designers in receiving clients, explaining design solutions, and signing contracts.
3. Follow up with clients and promptly address their inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Participate in showroom display adjustments and daily maintenance to create a pleasant shopping environment.
5. Participate in marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 year of sales or customer service experience. Preference given to candidates with experience in the home furnishing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in training.
