What You’ll Be Doing:
Keeping Chaos Under Control:
- Be the behind-the-scenes hero: managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and keeping things running seamlessly.
- Take ownership of key documents like contracts, proposals, and SOWs—polishing them to perfection.
- Draft reports, presentations, and pitches that stand out and tell a story.
Backing Sales Like a Champ:
- Help create killer solution write-ups, pricing strategies, and SOWs that seal deals.
- Be the backbone of the sales process—track leads, update CRMs, and make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Dive into research to uncover market trends, potential opportunities, and fresh ideas.
Driving Strategy with Confidence:
- Be the Regional Director’s partner-in-crime, keeping strategic projects, alliances, and partnerships on track.
- Chase deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure deliverables align with the big picture.
- Proactively identify areas to add value and step up when needed.
Communicating Like a Boss:
- Be the go-to point of contact for internal and external stakeholders—polished, personable, and professional.
- Organize and prioritize communication so nothing gets missed.
- Draft client-facing materials that are sharp, impactful, and perfectly aligned with our brand.
Fixing What’s Broken:
- Spot inefficiencies in workflows and suggest creative solutions to improve productivity.
- Own repetitive tasks—automate, streamline, or tackle them head-on so they don’t slow things down.
- Recommend tools, systems, or processes that make the workday smoother, smarter, and faster.
